FREE Instructor Training in Modified Tai Chi

- A two day training course in modified tai chi to enable participants to lead group sessions. Tai chi has been proven to improve health and prevent injuries. It helps to reduce stress and improve concentration. Modified tai chi is designed to be suitable for people with chronic aches and pains, limited movement and low levels of physical activity and can really make a difference.
