Court Services for Victims

Profile for Taranaki Safe Families Trust member: Court Services for Victims

Court Services for Victims is a free and confidential service offered to any victim who is involved with a case going to court.  The service is designed to assist the victim through the court process for that case. For instance I can:

  • Advise you of your rights under the Victims’ Rights Act 2002;
  • Let you know what is happening as the case progresses; and
  • Assist you to participate in the court process.
