Media Campaigns


Local Media Campaigns 

Fortnightly advertisements are placed in the local North Taranaki Midweek newspaper, promoting family violence awareness and key messages using high profile local people. These advertisements are linked to national campaign messages, particularly the It's Not Okay family violence campaign. This four year Campaign for Action on Family Violence aims to change the way we think and action about family violence.

The Campaign is part of a community-wide movement led by individuals and organisations who are working together to help prevent family violence and builds on the work that is already being carried out in communities across New Zealand. It provides information, resources and support to create a society that says family violence is never ok.
