Mahia Mai A Whaitara and New Plymouth injury Safe Trust are hoping to build on the success of last year's amazing Kaumatua Wellbeing Day with another fun event at Owae Marae in Waitara.

Once again a range of health and wellbeing providers will be on hand to provide information and advice on keeping well in later life along with free health checks. Other activities will include traditional Maori games, raranga (weaving), mirimiri (massage), waiata (singing) and a range of exercise sessions including Tai Chi, line dancing and aerobics. We are also open to new ideas and welcome people contacting us to pass on their ideas.
