This FREE training is open to rest home staff such as care staff and diversional therapists as well as those working with older people in the community.
The training will enable you to deliver a simple, modified version of Tai Chi to groups of older people in community or rest home settings.
The training runs for 2 days and lunch is included. The training is free as the costs are covered by ACC.
