Otago Exercise Programme Resources
- Resources are available in this section for health professionals interested in delivering the home-based exercise programme developed by Otago University (known as the "Otago Exercise Programme".

Modified Tai Chi
- A modified version of Tai Chi delivered in a group setting in the community. Aimed at over 65's (over 55 if Maori or Pacific) who have had a fall in the last year.

Over 65's Home Safety Checks
- A free home safety check service delivered by Age Concern using the ACC 'Standing up to Falls' booklet as a guideline. Service offered across Taranaki.

Older Persons Wellbeing Days
- NPiS host a number of Wellbeing Days each year to raise awareness of the links between keeping fit and active in later life and preventing falls.

Well Aware programme
- A six-week community education programme for over 55's that focuses on health topics related to falls prevention including exercise, nutrition, medication, eyesight, footcare and home safety.

- Falls Prevention training workshops aimed at rest home care staff and those working in primary and community health services.
