Join us for a day of music, dance, 

fitness and fun at our annual 

“Young at Heart” 

Older Persons Wellbeing Day 

Tuesday 16 June 2009 

10am - 3pm 

TSB Stadium, New Plymouth 

Activities include Tai Chi, Aerobics, Indoor Bowls, 

Stretching, Marching, Massage, Health Check Ups, 

Healthy Cookery Demonstration & Guest Speakers. 

Wide range of health and social service providers on 

hand to provide information and advice. 

Come and join an interactive debate held as part of 

World Elder Abuse Awareness Day 2009
