This event will be an opportunity for local children to share their perspective on safety issues relating to the use of school buses in Taranaki. Children from Mangorei, Seventh Day Adventist, Welbourn, Oakura, Kaimata, Inglewood and Tikorangi schools have spent several months collecting data relating to school bus safety.

The children will present the main safety issues identified, along with their ideas for addressing these safety issues, through the use of powerpoint, video, photography and static displays.

This innovative conference will be of interest to road safety representatives and anyone else with an interest in keeping children safe on our roads.

Entry to the conference is free, and includes a light lunch.
