Health & Safety Leadership Forum (Guest Speaker: Alan Sim)

This month's leadership forum is pleased to present guest speaker, Alan Sim.

Alan is the Worley Parsons ANZ Director of Safety.
 
Alan recently finished a peiod of secondment with the Pluto LNG project in Western Australia where he was drafted in to provide improved safety leadership in a drive to enhance performance. 

Transfield have generously offered to share some of the learning from that process and some of the issues around influencing management and workforce to achieve improvements.

Pluto is a very large project with thousands of staff on site and dozens of contractor companies being managed by Worley Parsons.
 
You may recognise Alan Sim as the presenter on the very motivational DVD 'Courage for Safety' .
