Tool Box Meetings...and how to run them well!
"How to Run an Effective Tool Box Meeting" was the subject of an evening seminar being run as part of a series of evening "Tool Box Talks" at the Taranaki HSE Centre.
The Tool Box Talks are run monthly, organised by the Taranaki Construction Safety Group. The most recent discussion, led by staff from Clelands and Whittakers, focused on how to make the most of Tool Box Meetings so that both staff and managers gain maximum benefit. Feedback from the evening suggests that all who attended felt that they had gained something from the session and opportunities for strengthening leadership within the workplace were identified.
